Hyalite Capital Partners LLC (“the Fund”) is a private investment vehicle structured as a multi-member LLC. The Fund pools capital from its members to invest in brokerage accounts and other passive investments. The Fund does not offer or sell securities to outside investors and is therefore not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This LLC is intended for a select group of known investors and acquaintances. Despite our tagline “A Hedge Fund for All-Net-Worth Individuals,” Hyalite Capital Partners LLC is not a registered hedge fund or investment advisor. The Fund is not subject to the same regulatory requirements as mutual funds or registered hedge funds. Investments involve significant risk, including the potential loss of principal.
